United Arab Emirates: Country's Prime Minister Appoints Official as 1st Minister for Happiness
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid named Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi as the minister for happiness on Twitter. He said the post will "align and drive government policy to create social good and satisfaction."
