Bihar has voted and they’ve voted decisively. The verdict is in favour of the Mahagatbhandan with Lalu Prasad’s RJD powering the alliance to over 140 seats (leads) according to data that’s available for now.
Early morning trends had shown the NDA taking a significant lead, but the JD(U) was quick to catch up once counting shifted from postal ballots to electronic voting machine votes.
As of 2.15 pm, the RJD is leading in 75 seats, the JD(U) in 70, the Congress in 24 and the BJP in 52.
