North Korea: Country Plans Long-Range Missile Launch During Chinese Envoy Visit to Pyongyang
North Korea informed international organizations Tuesday of its plans to launch an Earth observation satellite on a rocket between Feb. 8 and 25. China's chief envoy, Wu Dawei, is visiting this week.
