Paytm: Mobile Payment Company Acquires Startup Near.in for About $2 Million, Report Says
Paytm bought online home services provider Near.in in a cash and stock deal estimated to be between US$1.5 million and US$2 million, the Economic Times reports. It's the company's first acquisition.
