WhatsApp: Android App Gains Ability to Back Up Messages, Pictures and Videos on Google Drive
Users will be able to back up WhatsApp media to Google Drive. This is similar to WhatsApp on iPhone, which backs up media to iCloud. The feature will roll out over the coming months, Google said.
