#Meatban: Sale of Meat Banned for 4 Days in Mumbai During Jain Festival
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation announced Monday it is also banning the slaughter of animals at Mumbai abattoirs during the Jain fasting period, which runs Sept. 10-17.
